1. PAYMENT
1.1 For posting and handling cost, RM10 for EACH item for semenanjung and RM15 for EACH item for Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan will be added when you check out.
1.2 Once you make the payment, means you have agreed with our T&C.
1.3 Deposit is required before we process the order for you. NO confirmation order WITHOUT DEPOSIT.
1.4 FULL PAYMENT is required for READYMY (readystock malaysia).
1.5 All deposit paid will be forfeited in case of cancellation or skipping the payment due date (installment case).
1.6 NO EXCHANGE of item after purchased & confirmed order. (applicable for all readyMY, otw stock and preorder item)
1.7 NO REFUND, in case you want to cancel the item after we purchased. (applicable for all readyMY, otw stock and preorder item). We will only do the full refund if your item is out of stock.
1.8 All the prices are FIXED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
2. ACTUAL MERCHANDISE
2.1 Please do measure the size, google the code and the real colour before make any payment as we do not responsible of any changes. (Actual color of the item might be slightly different from picture due to individual screen display or lighting during photo shooting.)
2.2 We are so sorry, NO box, NO paperbag and NO dustbag for outlet item/certain item. (Only watch has tin box and warranty)
2.3 Please be noted that the goods are purchased at the outlet at discounted price, which means they are NOT in perfect condition. We will not accept returns due to defects UNLESS it is major defects that make you (customer) unable to use the product purchased from FCJshoppe.
2.4 Once item arrived, please check any MAJOR defect on the item within the first 24 hours. Any complaint after the 24 hours period or after you used the item, will not be entertained.
2.5 Minor defect will not be entertained as it is a normal occurrence for outlet item/boutique-transferred item.
2.6 We always select and buy an item which we think in a good condition, but from our experience, most of items we got from the Outlets, will not be 100% perfect. For example, there will be some minor scratches on the body, handle or hardware. If you're a very fussy buyer, you are not advised to make a purchase, as you need to accept the item "AS IS".
2.7 All of our items are purchased either from outlets, department stores or official websites brands.
2.8 Some of these items might have been in display racks. If this is a major concern, please do not place your order.
2.8 All items are brand new(unless stated otherwise), it's subject to the respective Brand, some of them come with a tag and a care card. There are cases where tags or care card are missing from the item.
3. ESTIMATE TIME ARRIVAL
3.1 ETA (Estimate time arrival) is 4-6 weeks. (We will inform you by the time item arrived)
3.2 Please note that the estimated delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3.3 Please be reminded, the remaining balance must be settled within 3 days from the day item arrive or else your deposit will be forfeited.
4. SORTING AND POSTAGE 4.1 We have to sort out high volume of parcels everyday. So, your item will be post out within 5 working days after payment received. Thank you for your patience.
5. MISC
5.1 We are so sorry as we certainly do not tolerate impatient, fussy and rude buyers. If you have these criteria, please make way for yourself to the boutique. We are here to help people to get good deals.
5.2 Pre-order items will take some times to arrive. Please do not place the order if you cannot wait.

1) Who we are?
FCJ shoppe is a registered company in Malaysia who resell original branded goods. We are not an agent, associate, affiliate, employees, sales representatives nor authorized dealer of any of the designers, brands, manufacturers that are offered for sale. All trademarks and copyrights are reserved to the original brand holders.
We have a shopper team who are living in USA and Europe that always hunting for any good deals or sale at boutiques/malls and outlets in USA and Europe.
2) Why are your prices is lower than others?
We always try our best to hunt for deals and sales at USA and Europe outlets or boutiques and we also try to minimize the shipping cost by buying in bulk.
3) What are the differences between retails/boutique store, outlet store and “retails transfer item”?
Retails/boutique store is a shop where they sell quality products at a retail price, which also means there are usually very few discounts unless there’s a sale on a special events/holidays. Retail stores are built to provide customers with exactly what they want when they shop for branded items.
An outlet store offers shoppers lower prices than retail stores with everyday bargains. Outlet stores was first originated as places where retailers sells overstock out of season products at lower prices. The products are of good quality, but retailers lack the room to stock these items. Sometimes, outlet stores also sells new merchandise that has some type of minor defect, blemish or irregularity. Nowadays, some brands that has outlet stores may even have products that are specifically made to be sold only at the outlet and you can’t find it on any boutique stores. These outlets-only products usually have lower quality material so that it can be sold at an affordable price. But rest assured, the items are all still genuine grade.
“Retails transfer item” is collections that are out of season which are then transferred from retails to the outlet store.
4) Are your products genuine?
We fully uphold and respect the importance of brand genuineness. All products sold at FCJshoppe arrive straight from original brand sources, mainly USA and Europe and outlets and boutiques as well as from certified distributors. We only sell 100% original items and we provide a money-back guarantee if our items is provenly fake by official outlet or boutiques in Malaysia.
You can bring your products bought from us to outlets in Malaysia or any authorized stores or retail and make the comparison with the items sold there.
5) Do you have warranty for watches?
Yes. All watches sold by us covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. For example, fossil watches has 2 years worldwide warranty and coach watches has 1 year worldwide warranty.
6) Do you provide dustbag to your customer?
In USA, all outlet items don’t come with dustbag except for certain retail transfer items. (Retails transfer item is collection that out of season from boutique transferred to the outlet store.)
Some retails transfer item sold in outlet also do not have dustbag because sometimes outlet redistribute the dustbag to the boutique. You also can try to google the code of the bag to know whether the bag is boutique bag or outlet bag.
We are aware that items sold at JPO/GPO in Malaysia comes with dustbag. But, it is not the same case with outlet in USA. You can email the Coach Customer Service to verify this, by visiting the coach website at www.coachoutlet.com, go to the “Contact Us” section, and email/call the number given.
7) Do you provide paperbag to your customer?
For bulk buyer like us, Sale Assistant at the stores will stuffed all item in one big plastic or paperbag and we did not get a paperbag for every item that we buy. Therefore, we cannot always fulfill your request to have paperbag alongside your items. But sometimes if we are lucky, we will get a good Sale Assistant that will give us some paperbag. In this case, we can provide you the paperbag alongside your items.
8) Do your item come with gift receipt?
We cannot promise that you will get gift receipt for every item that you buy from us. This is due to the fact that there are some outlets that do not provide gift receipts for bulk buyers like us. For some cases, there’s also the possibility that we misplaced the gift receipt and failed to include it with your items. Additionally, if we buy any item from online website such as coachoutlet.com, fossil.com or watchstation.com, no gift receipt will be provided with the items.
For your reference, gift receipts do not determine the genuineness of the item. Please be careful that scammers can also make fake gift receipt, and use it to claim that their items are original.
9) Do your items come with the authenticity card or care card?
Authenticity card is provided for items that sold at Malaysia boutiques only. In USA boutiques or outlets, they do not provide the authenticity card.
All outlet items come with care card. But, there are few cases where the care card is missing even at outlet. So, we are so sorry as we cannot guarantee to provide you the care card.
10) Why your item does not have tag "made in USA?"
Coach does not have factory in USA. That is why Coach items don’t have “made in USA” tag. Coach production is outsource to reduce labor costs for example in Vietnam, China, Philippines and India. That is the reason why it can be sold at cheaper price.
11) Why your items are not visible in Malaysia boutique?
There are some items that are specially sold at outlets only. So, do not be surprised if the items we sell are not available at the boutique. You can found the same item in Malaysia outlet such as JPO/GPO. You also can google on the differences between boutique and outlet items.
12) What is a Convenience Fee?
A convenience fee is an amount we add to the purchase price. Customer pay this fee for you to get more convenient payment method when you choose to pay by card or by installment.
You also have the choice to use another method of payment that does not require the added convenience fee, by choosing to use either FPX Online Banking or bank transfer.
13) What types of payments will the convenience fee apply?
The convenience fee will apply to payments made using Visa and MasterCard for debit and credit cards or by installment package buy now pay later.
14) Why is a convenience fee charged to customers who pay using these payment methods?
A convenience fee is being charged to allow customers to pay for services using debit or credit card / instalment services.
15) What if I do not want to pay for the convenience fee?
You can choose to use payment methods that do not incur convenience fee which is either FPX Online Banking or bank transfer.
16) Can I collect from your store
Sorry, we do not have a physical store as of now.

SHIPPING POLICY
1) Your orders will be processed and post out within 5 business days after payment is made.
2) Our default shipping partner is Poslaju and DHL. Please be advised postage may take longer during public holidays or online shopping events due to parcel congestion at the post office.
3) Tracking number will be sent through SMS or by email on the day your order is shipped out.
4) If you have not received your parcel within the specified time, please let us know and we will assist you with tracking your parcel.
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1) Please do measure the size, google the code and the real colour before make any payment as we do not responsible of any changes. (Actual color of the item might be slightly different from picture due to individual screen display or lighting during photo shooting.)
2) Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
3) The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see (example : the position of the flowers may at different places).
4) Please check every details and description carefully before placing any orders and contact us if you need more information. Once payment has been made, no exchange or refund is allowed except if the item is out of stock or if there’s major defects with the items.
5) Our procedure is to properly inspect all the items before we pack for delivery. This is to ensure that all items are in good condition.
6) Please check the item immediately once received. Any major defect/wrong/faulty item must be informed to us within 24 hours. Complaints will not be entertained after 24 hours or if the item is used.
7) We offer exchange or refund on items found to be defected due to our fault. Returned items must be in unworn condition with original tags attached, the same condition that you received it. We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value. Customers must return major damaged/wrong/faulty items within 3 days from the days of complaint. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
8) Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
9) Full refund will be made payable to your account within 7 business days.
